First, the heating method of electric heater:
  1. At present, the heating methods of electric heaters on the market mainly include resistance heating, medium heating, infrared heating, induction heating, arc heating and electron beam heating. The biggest difference between these heating methods is the conversion of electric energy. The way is different.
  Second, the use of electric heaters
1. The electric heater equipment should first check whether the product has air leakage before starting the transportation, and whether the grounding line device is safe and reliable. Make sure that all work is done correctly before you can turn on the device.
2. The electric heating tube of the electric heater should be inspected for insulation. Its insulation resistance to ground should be less than 1 ohm. If it is greater than 1 ohm, it is strictly forbidden to use. It must be ensured that it meets the standard requirements before it can continue to work.
3. After the wiring of the product is properly connected, the terminal must be sealed to prevent oxidation.
